Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
•Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
•A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at sales@bestofamericatrading.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly assess and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To receive a replacement item quickly, return the unwanted item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Additional Return Guidelines
1.Formal Return Requests:
Submit requests in writing via email to sales@bestofamericatrading.com.
2.Return Scenarios:
a) Cooling-Off Period Cancellations:
•Returns within 7 days of contract cancellation will be refunded in full, including original delivery costs.
•The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
b) Defective Products:
•After inspecting the item, we will confirm the refund via email and process it within 30 days.
•Refunds for defective items include the original delivery cost and return shipping fees.
c) Change of Mind Returns:
•The buyer must arrange the return and ensure items are in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
•Alternatively, we can arrange collection for a fee of $125.
